Technical Support

From 8:30am to 5:30pm EST, your call will be answered by a member of our staff.

  • Should all of our support personnel be unavailable, you can leave a message and a staff member will return your call as soon as possible.

Before and after business hours, and on weekends and holidays, your call will be accepted by our answering service.

  • An operator will record your contact information and a brief description of your question or issue.

  • The operator will immediately notify an on-call technician, who will respond to you directly to provide the assistance you need.

So that we may better serve you, we ask that calls to this number be coordinated through your hospital's central contact personnel whenever possible.

Clinical Support

Got a question about point-of-care testing?  Our clinical specialists are ready and waiting to help.  Each of our specialists are former Point-of-Care Coordinators themselves, so they understand the issues involved in this rapidly growing area. To ask a question, click here.

MAS also sponsors and hosts www.pointofcare.net and www.glycemiccontrol.net web sites featuring articles, news and product information on point-of-care testing and glycemic control protocols.

In addition, we also have organized and developed a number of Point-of-Care Groups throughout the country that meet on a regular basis to discuss the latest trends and issues surrounding this area. A calendar listing who these groups are, when they meet and how you can join them can be found at www.pointofcare.net/Subweb_Calendar.htm.
